Build Yours

Where Story Meets Structure

Suditi Shah founded Slate and Grid as her creative practice — a space to design visuals for concerts, events, and digital platforms. Her work spans projection mapping, stage screen design, and custom content, all rooted in intentional storytelling.

She chose to give her practice a studio identity to bring together the many services and collaborations she takes on under one cohesive name. Slate and Grid allows her to merge international design sensibilities with local experiences, while leaving room for growth and meaningful partnerships.

Custom content for LED Screens at Events, Concerts, Retail, Expos, and Storefronts

My expertise in custom visuals and live storytelling extends naturally into projection mapping — for storefronts, Museum, Homes, Galleries, and Monuments.

I create reusable motion content for VJing, reels, or brand storytelling. It’s yours to own and deploy. Use them for event screen, digital wallpapers, or more.

Founder’s Story

Suditi Shah is a visual storyteller with a background in Communication Design from Parsons School of Design and a Master’s in Live Experience Design from Berklee College of Music. While in the US, she worked with creative studios across design and live entertainment before returning to Mumbai in 2023.

Her vision is to bring international standards of immersive, story-driven visuals to India’s live events scene, bridging the gap between global design sensibilities and local experiences.

Alongside running Slate and Grid, Suditi contributes to the creative community in multiple ways — volunteering with the Kala Ghoda Arts Festival, teaching VJing at DJ Suketu’s Music Academy, and supporting NGOs like the Cuddles Foundation through design and digital platforms.
